Review of La Mar by Gaston Acurio

Only two menu items are naturally GF. Four other items are GFPossible. My biggest concern was when the server told me the Lomo Saltado was GF when I had seen early that it was clearly NOT marked GF or GFP (though the font they use makes VGP look a bit like VGF). For that reason, I only had a few spoonfuls of things I felt confident were GF. Disappointing evening but the outside seating view is beautiful.
