Server was knowledgeable, no dedicated fryer therefore limited options. However was able to get corn tortillas that they warmed up in a seperate area of the kitchen to eat with salsa and guac. Ended up picking a taco with corn tortilla and melted cheese but server was knowledgeable and informed that this one would be more subjected to cross contamination therefore he wouldn’t recommend it. Didn’t have an issues after eating here. Corn tacos chosen were yummy and again corn tortillas heated up in separate area

Server was very friendly and food was decently quick considering it was the latter part of the dinner rush.
Menu has GF items marked but best to check as chips are marked GF despite no dedicated fryer. I was advised by the server to avoid the chips as a result. We asked if there was a celiac friendly substitute for chips with the ceviche callejero and they recommended the corn tortillas.
They didn't advise of the upcharge beforehand but it is marked on the bottom of the menu that substitutions will be charged. Corn tortillas were $2 for 4 tortillas. Tipping starts at 18%. 2 mixed drinks, an appetizer, and 4 tacos with tip is just over $100.
Overall very tasty but pricey meal.

They no longer have a dedicated gluten-free fryer and shouldn’t be considered safe for celiacs.

Great food, separate fryer for chips, super aware of celiac and safe procedures. Most of the menu is GF.
