They have 7 locations in Madrid. 90% of menu is gluten free. Had dinner 4 nights while in Madrid. Great every time. Knowledgeable staff and friendly.

Traveling to Madrid from the US, gluten free restaurants are hard to find near here. I saw the one recommendation and decided to try it after work. Alex the manager was friendly and spoke much better English than my Spanish. I ordered the cochinita pobil. (A shredded pork dish with a light mole sauce.) It was excellent. I'm pretty sensitive still and I had no reaction from that or the margarita. I highly recommend.
