Very accommodating and knowledgeable about foods for people with celiac. They were able to make most pasta dishes with gluten free ingredients, and were careful to warn against certain dishes that contained gluten. This was the best gluten free meal I’ve had so far - it tasted completely normal!

Una famiglia italiana, con alcuni membri celiaci, è proprietaria di questa trattoria romana a Sarasota. Hanno piatti di pasta senza glutine, preparati a parte ed in porzioni abbondanti. Sono molto gentili ed amichevoli. Abbiamo pensato una bella serata.

Very nice family owned restaurant. One of the family members has celiac and therefore they can prepare any pasta dish gluten-free. Breads and other foods are not GF but they have plenty of protein only options
