Review of La Palmera Family Mexican Restaurant

They don’t have dedicated GF kitchen but depending on the manager they are good about answering questions. Manager confirms that the red sauce they use for enchiladas does not contain gluten. The fryers are not dedicated but chips are fried in their own separate oil and have no gluten :)
