They do not have any measures at all to prevent contamination. They didn't know what it was and got defensive when I asked and tried to gently explain it. They seem to think basic sanitation and food safety means it should be fine for people with celiac. This is what they said:
"I trust that we handle it very fine and we never had any complaint about it..
We are all certified by the state and health department (food handler) as requested by the industries."
