We ordered a gluten free pasta with a blush sauce and a gluten free seafood pasta with shrimp, scallops, and vegetables. We also got a Caprese salad. Staff was very knowledgeable about cross contamination and cooking the pasta in separate water. They even went as far as to ask about the ingredients in the sauce. Both pasta dishes were delicious, and the staff was very confident and accommodating.
