Inside Eataly in the Flatiron district. They offer gluten free pasta by Garafallo which is also sold in Eataly. They have a gluten free pizza dough but it’s not celiac safe since it is cooked on the same surface as other pizzas. It’s delicious but enough gluten contamination to be concerning for sensitive people. I had some digestion sluggishness but no pain as I have had with past experiments.
