They have one “gluten friendly” sandwich that contains a sauce that does have gluten, per the staff. They were very nice, though.

So happy today at the Calgary airport we discovered they had a gluten free sandwich prepared separately from their regular equipment. It was Saran wrapped in the cooler to keep it from getting contaminated and they wrapped it in foil when toasting to prevent contact with the grill. They also had pre-wrapped certified gluten free cookies and cake
