While the Arros Con Pollo (ACP) wasn’t marked as gluten free because it comes with flour tortillas on the side, I just asked to not have those and ate as a rice dish and it was so good and didn’t bother me a bit. The chips I believe are made of corn because they didn’t bother me either. The week before I ate the lemon fish dish and it was also absolutely amazing. This is my new favorite Mexican restaurant!

I am celiac and have always had great experiences here. The tacos on corn tortillas are delicious and the waiters we’ve had have been very knowledgeable about the seriousness of my allergy
Yes
Nothing except a weird shrimp dish. Got very sick
No
Menu is marked clearly, but I ordered fish tacos on corn tortillas. They came out on flour tortillas (thank goodness I asked). And then went back in the kitchen and just switched them to corn tortillas without remaking my order. I was deathly sick for the next 48 hours.
Everything we have tried has been amazing. Things are marked on the menu but one can ask for substitution to make items gluten free (i.e. corn tortillas instead of flour).
The fryer is utilized for both corn and flour so it would be best to stick to grilled to avoid cross contamination.
