Updated: this place shut down

Update: been here twice since my original time and have had enchiladas with mild green chili sauce. Excellent taste and felt safe. They note on the ticket if it’s an allergy or celiac. And this last time I went they had just cleaned the fryer oil so I could have the chips that time! Felt great after each visit so far.

Went here for a date night with hubby as we restaurant hopped around Palmer Lake. Was going to just have drinks but decided to get the jalapeño poppers which are wrapped in bacon. They were amazing. Most items on the menu were marked as GF or could be made gluten free but all I had were the poppers. Chips are fried in a fryer with gluten so that was unfortunate.

Exceptional food. Staff was very knowledgeable about GF and asked if we had Celiac so they could notify the kitchen staff. Multiple GF choices on the menu including desserts! Our new favorite restaurant in the area!
