Great experience. The staff was very knowledgeable about celiac disease and informed me of what I needed to avoid, which unfortunately included chips since they used a shared fryer for them. Since chips weren't an option, they offered me steamed corn tortillas at no charge instead. I had a delicious enchiladas plate and didn't get sick.
