We went to this local place in Desio, Monza. The gluten free pizza is made in a seperate pizza oven. You can get most of not all made gluten free. We had the patate fritte, gluten free and gluten pizzas, as well as the tortina al chocolato. My gluten free pizza was with prosciutto and mozerella. The dough was nice and thin but spongy at the crust. You also do not get charged extra for gluten free which is amazing especially considering how affordable it all was! It is also AIC accredited.
