All of their "sandwiches" are made with arepas, which are always made from corn, and the ingredients tend to all be naturally gluten free as well! The guy working behind the counter seemed very knowledgeable as to what I shouldn't eat off the menu (some of it isn't celiac-friendly) and that made me feel so much better about my choices!
They only have a few things that are NOT gluten free and those are listed on the menu as NGF (mostly the fried things). Staff/owners are very knowledgeable about cross contamination. Awesome place!
