Review of La Vela

It took four waiters 40 minutes to eventually bother to find out if there was anything gluten free available on the menu. Staff had no knowledge of gluten and thought cashews contained gluten as an example.

Eventually settled on the ceviche and cashew chicken as the only "gluten free" options. Still got glutened and sick from some cross contamination or staff's lack of knowledge.

Definitely don't recommend as a safe option for celiacs.
