Good food, and I felt safe even though it was packed. I had the beet salad and fries. The fries are GF, because it's the only thing they fry.

Excellent wine selection. My salad came out with a crouton on it so be careful! After that, I tested everything else with my Nima! All good. Had beet salad, risotto and chocolate mousse.

The dinner menu indicates that most items can be made without gluten or dairy. The server was very knowledgeable about what menu items could and couldn’t be made without gluten. I had the risotto and it was great! I was surprised that the only gf dessert was sorbet—not sure why the creme brûlée had gluten in it, but the server said it did.

Nothing on the menu is fried except for the French fries, so those are safe as well!

La Voile doesn’t have a designated GF menu, but they can make almost anything on their menu gluten free by request. I’ve eaten here a number of times and have never had a reaction. Plus, they only use their fryer for French fries - so you can have the steak frites! 😋
