I mentioned that I was celiac and the waiter was familiar because his sister was also celiac. That gave me confidence that he knows what can and can’t be done. There were not too many options on the menu that were gluten-free, but enough that I felt like I had a selection. I had the seafood paella made with quinoa and it was very good. Even my husband who is not a quinoa fan liked it.
