My husband REALLY wanted to eat here for his birthday. I figured I could modify a salad or something. I was informed that all the dressings were house made and had gluten added - so I could get some lettuce with olive oil and vinegar. I chose to eat elsewhere by myself. I’m not celiac - I have an allergy but this wasn’t worth the hit to the inflammatory system.

Awesome gluten free pancakes! Light, fluffy and huge. They taste really great. They also have gluten free pizza. It's a poolside walk-up place in the Diamond Resorts Ka'anapali Beach Club hotel. You can have your meal over looking the pool and the ocean. Makes great lattes too.
