One of the best Gluten Free bakeries in Madrid. Everything I have had from here is delicious & taste like what I remembered other breads to be. They also sometimes have pizza dough, special types of cookies, and holiday treats.

The raisin baguette was very good, a medium-crispy crust and not too dense. I think they’re called palmeras? Cinnamon and caramel swirly things, delicious. Have one other roll haven’t tried yet, and a lemon cookie. Very good!

100% gluten free bakery! They don’t produce nothing that isn’t gluten free, so is a super celiac friendly and the staff is very knowledgable about the subject. Many options of breads, also some cakes and huge delicious cookies.
