Laico's

Before going for dinner, I reviewed the website and while the words GF were not in daily menu the catering menu mentioned allergies including gluten could be accommodated. The menu had been updated within the past two years according to their FB post. I did identify some safe looking possibilities that just needed clarification from staff. I identified myself to waitress as needing to be GF and the response was an immediate shaking of head “no”. More brief questioning of waitress resulted in a “no” when asked if there was GF pasta or if my menu choice (grilled bronzino and side of string beans/roasted potatoes) are prepared with flour/bread crumbs, etc. I chose wisely, did not get sick and ordered a bonus gelato for dessert among a plethora of gluten loaded selections. In short, GF dining here is for the knowledgeable adventurer.
