We spent 3 nights there and had breakfasts, 1 lunch, and 3 dinners at the lodge.
They have multiple GF options with clear menu marking, plus GF buns which is not listed anywhere. I did try the buns and I think they were Udis and pretty good, but I mostly ate the salmon... I mean, come on, it's Washington State, you gotta eat the salmon.

They offer gluten free buns!! Staff seemed knowledgeable.
They had gluten free bread, the salmon and halibut were both very good and they had 5-6 options on their small sized dinner menu. Our waiter was absolutely lovely but the dinner overall cost $99

This place is NOT gluten free! They say they can accommodate you but I got really sick both times eating here. There is NO G.F. MENU. Slow service so hope you have patience!
Great meal! Sever and staff quite knowledgable. I had a grilled chicken sandwich on gf bread. The bread was excellent; great texture and moist! My husband had the sandwich of the day (sweet and sour chicken w/slaw) Ina gf bun. He says it was pretty good. He also couldn't resist the clam chowder being in the NW. The server returned to inform him about the gluten in it. Very thoughtful. He risked it (as he can tolerate a bit of gluten) and suffered some mild bloating and discomfort which he acknowledges was his own choice:). Great, tasty food and knowledgable service.
