I’ve never gotten to go on a brewery tour that I could fully participate in as a celiac! They have three certified GF beers, a Grist Gosa Rita (margarita style ale), New Grist (Pilsner) and New Grist IPA.
The tour was fun, quick, and included four drink tokens.

Loved the gf beer, been drinking new grist from the cans for a long time but could never find their other two. Got to finally try them and enjoyed them too. I look forward to going there every time I visit Milwaukee.

I go here weekly and order food! They recently got some new items on their menu with way more GF options! Items are clearly marked on the menu if they are able to be made GF. They have cauliflower flatbreads and sandwiches with GF buns + more. I ask them to mark gluten allergy and the staff is very knowledgeable. Just recently they started adding stickers to the GF plates. They also have 3 GF beers on tap that are amazing. ALSO, curdwagon is going 100% GF this summer so we can enjoy the curds! Love this place. Never had a reaction and I’m sensitive!

Gluten free beer is delicious! Checked out gluten free Friday on the food truck and it was delicious. Dedicated gluten free food on certain Fridays. Can’t speak to the restaurant inside.

Having multiple gf beer options makes me incredibly happy! I was here for the gf maifest, which was a blast. I would recommend to anyone who can’t have gluten but loves beer. I loved visiting breweries before being diagnosed with celiac, and this made me feel some sense of normalcy for the first time in a while.
*I didn’t eat here or look at a food menu.

I didn’t try any food but I did try a few beers and seltzers. They taste more like ciders but still good. It was nice to be able to enjoy a beer with my husband at a brewery! It’s one of our favorite things we used to do before being diagnosed with celiac.

Great Experience. My wife and I haven't been out to eat since March as we both have Auto-immune disorders. So greatful to have a safe place to eat and enjoy a beer. Everything was great employees all masked, social distancing between patrons, and single use but environmentally friendly food packaging. Also happy to have my first draft beer in almost 5 years thanks to New Grist gluten free beer.

Best gluten free beer. Period. So good! Try the ginger gluten free beer. Also all about the pulled pork lettuce wraps... Marinated in gluten free beer!
Lakefront Brewery offers polish sausage and two gluten free beers. The food portion isn’t large so I’d recommend day-drinking for lunch. Fun atmosphere with tours of the brewery too.

Their fish fry has more gluten free options than their normal menu, but they always have a gluten free beer on tap.
