We are used to ordering BBQ plates of meat and coleslaw without worrying about gluten, so we didn’t specify to our waitress that we are gluten free before ordering. After we ate, she asked about dessert and we mentioned that we are gluten free. She let us know that there was a high chance of cross contamination for all dishes as they make bread in house using high gluten flour and there are shared surfaces and cutting boards for everything. This is not a safe place to eat for celiacs.
