They let you use gf bread for any of their breakfast sandwiches. the lady at the counter wasn’t super knowledgeable about the toaster situation so I played it safe and went with non toasted bread. No reaction.

Fantastic gluten-free sandwiches! They use Udi's whole grain bread and you can custom make your sandwich based on a list of items they have in stock.

I have recently gone GF for health reasons. My friend has Celiac and this is one of her go to places. Staff is knowledgeable about issues such as cross contamination. Highly recommend!
