When placing my order for a sandwich on a gluten free wrap, I was told that they did not have the gf wraps available. This was disappointing. But what was not disappointing was the delicious sandwich I got with a lettuce wrap. The meat and cheese were warm from being steamed and the lettuce, onion, tomato, and arugula gave a great cold, flavorful crunch. I asked for no sauce on the sandwich (as it was honey mustard and bbq sauce mixed together and I would have had to check the ingredients) and instead added some mayo and mustard from packets. The sandwich was great, I felt comfortable about the staff taking care to not cross-contaminate, and I can’t wait to try more sandwiches there. I hope they start stocking the gf wraps though!
