In short- if gluten is a big deal to you, I don’t suggest going here. I Asked if the soy sauce was gluten free. The waiter thought the one with the green top was. I said no, that’s low sodium. The soy sauce bottles are so old there are no ingredients listed on them. They must refill them. I asked to have my meal cooked without the soy sauce. They cooked it in the back in a separate pan. That was nice. But they served me the salad, which evidently had soy sauce in the dressing, according to the hibachi cook. I’m new to this, I didn’t think to ask about the dressing. My meal had no seasoning on it at all. It wasn’t bad, it was actually good. But they didn’t even offer any other type of seasoning or sauce. If lived here, I wouldn’t go back. My daughter, who can eat gluten, really enjoyed her meal.
