Only the soups, salads, and curry entrees here are gluten free because everything else uses soy sauce. The employee I spoke with said that the fresh spring roll appetizers are safe, but the tofu inside was fried and I don’t know whether it is a shared fryer so I didn’t eat it. I got the Tom Kha soup and it was good, but low in flavor. I didn’t get sick, but there is a chance of cross-contact in the kitchen so it isn’t 100% safe for people with Celiac.
