I was so impressed. I was frantically trying to find the “most easy to modify” option, and when I asked about gluten free buns, I was directed to a separate section of the food court where all allergies are handled. I was handed a well labeled menu (although it wasn’t great for multiple allergies, it was thorough for single allergies), a chef met me personally to identify something that would work for me, and my food was cooked away from everything else in dedicated fryers. I had gf and df chicken tenders and fries. It’s been YEARS since I had chicken tenders, and they were so good! I thanked the chef repeatedly and would highly recommend. I’m not celiac so can’t speak to cross contamination, but I feel great and was really impressed with the precautions they took to keep my food safe. Would definitely eat there again.
