I mentioned GF needs/celiac when I called to make the reservation. They assured me salmon, potatoes, rice were GF and any meat could be made GF. They assured me they’d make everything from scratch, carefully. When we arrived they were expecting us and immediately said they’ve double & triple checked ingredients for us. The GF meal was salad (all dressings are GF), salmon, rice pilaf, black raspberry sorbet. The food & service are top notch. Very satisfied!!!
