I called ahead to see if there were any gluten-free options. I was informed that there is nothing on the menu that is gluten free.

I have not had a gluten reaction. This restaurant may be okay for those with gluten issues only. I asked if they could make something gluten free, corn starch free and carrot free. I made it clear I was allergic to carrots. They said most of the dishes have corn starch in them, but they could make the Szechuan Shrimp gluten free without corn starch and carrots. They brought it out with carrots in it—which I picked out—and yes, short of throwing up mucous and having to use my rescue inhaler—I had an allergic reaction.

Knowledgeable and friendly service. Great atmosphere. Tea is amazing. Many choices for Celiac. Does not offer GF soy but the food is so good you really don't want it. Fresh ingredients and the best egg drop soup I have had outside of the family kitchen.
