Lardo

Hidden gem in The Cosmopolitan food hall. We have gone to Lardo in Portland and already knew it would be a good stop for a quick meal. All the meat is gluten free except the Korean bbq. The meat is grilled. Looks like shared grill for bread, so celiacs should be aware or those highly sensitive to cross contamination should be aware. My wife is gf sensitive but has not been glutened at Lardo either location. They do not have gf bread, but you can have the entree served over a salad or over fries. Also, the dirty fries are awesome. Quality of the food is excellent We stopped for a quick bite before heading to the Vegas airport for our trip home.
