They have told use on three different occasions they cannot do gluten free at all which seems odd since Mexican is normally pretty good about at least a few options with corn tortillas but they almost instantly said no like they don't even want try.

How much of the menu is available gluten-free?

— Not Much/None

Mexican is almost always safe for me and this is one of my favorites. Just order any tortilla to be corn instead of flour.
