They mark GF items and our waiter was knowledgeable - she assured us the staff will be alerted for celiac and they use a separate pan and utensils, etc. The person who delivered the food also confirmed that precautions had been taken to keep the meal safe (without me having to prompt her). Delicious shrimp and grits, I didn’t ask about the fryer situation but I will next time.

They changed their menu and now have fewer GF options. They mark several items as “GF” but they are fried in a shared fryer and the waiters are not super knowledgeable about the disease. You can pretty much order a salad or a burger of a gf bun. I doubt cross-contamination cautions are taken.
