For someone with celiac disease I had to go over how to prepare the food. I ordered a salad with shrimp and it took over an hour. The shrimp tasted like it was boiled. Was not grilled

Great spot in town for Mexican food. Nearly everything on the menu can be made gluten-free and there is a large assortment of items. I also highly recommend the fresh lime margarita.
