Las Frida’s Mexican Kitchen

I don't normally like to visit restaurants where there is no GF menu and you have to rely on the server's knowledge. However, I was getting desperate for a good local Mexican place. Between my NCGS daughter and I, we have tried three meals here: the street taco platter with rice and refried beans, the burrito bowl, and the blue enchilada platter. All the meals caused no reaction and were delicious. The server in store told me that anything could be made GF (but that the fryer is shared). I'm still a little skeptical and will probably stick with the three meals that I now know are safe. Highly recommend the blue enchiladas. They were delicious!!!
