Some of the staff are knowledgeable about gluten and brought me a separate gluten free plate of chips and made sure my tortillas were corn only.
The flautas (fried rolled tortillas with meat) were able to be made GF with just meat.
I’m unsure what the kitchen setup is, as far as cross contamination.
The food is delicious! Especially the Al pastor.
