Mexican food is obviously pretty gluten friendly if you stay away from flour tortillas and potentially cross contaminated chips. I asked the waiter if they had a gluten free menu or what could be prepared gluten free and he said "no".
The menu states to let your server know if you have food allergies. I told my server and she called a manager over. He read my food allergy card and suggested grilled foods. He was very nice. I picked the steak fajitas and tested the meat with my Nima sensor and it came back no gluten. They did bring the plate with salad/beans/rice came with chips on the plate but they immediately brought a new one with no chips when I let them know.
