I have severe celiac disease and have been to Lascas more times than I can count and have never had any issues. You just have to know how to order😊You can have the chef salad with a variety of dressings, baked potato, filet, grilled beef tenderloin, shrimp, clams etc. The cooks are very knowledgeable
