Definitely not safe. A dish with “farrow” (farro) was marked as gluten free. I ordered the scallops and asked them to be made in a separate pan to avoid cross contamination. We were with a party of 24 people. When the food came out, a number of people had the scallops, and there was nothing to designate which one (if any) were specially prepared to avoid cross contamination. We left before dessert as we were not going to chance it.
