Clearly understood gluten free and allergy prep. Got ground beef crunchy tacos with Mexican rice & black beans and chips & guac. Good overall, just very bland. But it got me an actual meal, not too too pricey, and I did not get sick. So overall, a good stop if you need something in the Houston airport.

They can make you gluten free hard shell tacos with ground beef. Tacos were jumbo size and I had no issues after eating them.

The cashier was very knowledgeable. I asked about the chicken bowl and she said the chicken was gluten free but prepared next to the steak which isn’t gluten free. But the ground beef is cooked separately and is gf. Then she automatically made substituons that would make my bowl gluten free - black beans for the charro and cilantro rice for the Mexican rice. I love how knowledgeable she was!
