They have GF soy sauce and the good is great quality but they don't offer much GF outside of sashimi and traditional roles

Questionable knowledge about gf needs from our visit. Didn't use sushi rice due to vinegar? Charged $1 for gf soy sauce ... served gf roll on same plate as tempura roll of non-celiac guest. Hoping kiddo doesn't get sick!
