Thankfully we talked to the staff before seating and asked about protocols for celiac. They have none - do not eat here.

I asked about a few of their gf items specifically and they let me know staff are not trained or required to minimize contamination. 2 servers confirmed my gf burger would be prepped next to the gluten buns, same condiments and no glove changing.
