High-quality measures against cross-contamination. They hand-make the pasta in a separate room, use their own dedicated pots, etc. Staff were knowledgeable of Celiac and cross contamination. Also, the food itself is really good and the place has nice vibes. Cannot recommend highly enough.

No gluten-free menu, BUT substitution of GF pasta is available for most dishes.
