Can substitute bread for gf bread. Server not very knowledgeable and didn’t seem concern about finding out. Never checked back with me to inform me about the dressing etc. Not impressed.

They don’t have many GF side options, but they have gluten free bread for toast or paninis, etc. The portion size was huge and it was yummy.
