Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar

First time I ordered there no problem, but second time I ordered (gluten sensitive sweet and spicy shrimp) every item tested positive for gluten on my Nima tester. Ugh.

We are a bit disappointed with the selection. Even though they have a full page of gluten free menu, but if you take out the drinks, brunch, lunch specials, and desserts... you pretty much left with not much to choose from.

They have really improved over the last few years. They have several good gf options and non of them have ever made me sick. I'm also dairy free and they make me gf, df tacos that are good! Not the most diverse selection, but good, safe, and tasty food!

This place is great and they have a pretty good gluten free menu . I love the BBQ ribs and mashed potatoes. It seems a little pricey for what you get but very delicious.

I love Lazy Dog's gluten free menu. They make you feel like you deserve a tasty, well thought out meal unlike some restaurants. We come here often because the service us great, the food is fantastic, and gluten-free customers aren't treated as second class!

Lazy Dog has a gluten sensitive menu and a complete allergy menu. I have multiple allergies so the allergy menu was extremely helpful. Great food and even greater service.

I ordered the grilled salmon, basmati rice and sauteed spinach along with the tequila honey squeeze cocktail which was very good.

Very little on the menu for GF and I was told the fries are absolutely not safe as they are beer battered, so opted for a side of fruit (which was hilariously just a huge slice of admittedly very delicious watermelon).

When the food arrived, the (as I had been told) very glutenous fries were laid directly on top of the burger to where they had melted into the cheese. I was there for an interview so I didn’t return the food which was my mistake. I had a horrific migraine after eating there which is one of my symptoms.

While in Fresno for a doctors appointment my husband and I had dinner at this restaurant because he really wanted a burger. Although they have a gluten free menu they do not guarantee there will be no cross contamination. I nearly always order a salad when eating out because it’s usually a safer option. Not at this restaurant. The food was tasty and the service adequate but there was definitely cross contamination. I would not recommend this chain if you are a celiac.

I order from the gluten sensitive menu all the time with zero problems. Staff always ‘flags’ my dishes when ordered and brought to the table. I order the GS Sweet & Spicy Wok all the time and it is delicious!
