Staff are super friendly and aware of cross a contamination as Celiac's disease runs in their family. They offer a large selection of gluten free soups, sandwiches and baked goods. They have a separate area with a dedicated panini press and use gloves while preparing your food. Very impressed and will return here next time I'm in Ottawa!

What a great find! Stopped in here today with a friend and had THE best gf panini. Took home one of their pumpkin muffins and it was so moist, it was hard to believe it was gluten free. The best muffin I've tried so far. If I wasn't on foot and on my way to Canadian Tire, I would of definitely picked up some of their gf bread and pizza and cinn. chex cereal. The lady gave me a sample of the bread and I couldn't believe how soft it was. Very clean place and I watch the lady prepare my food with gloves on and on a separate counter, panini machine and it looked like everything was stored separatley. I will definitly be back!

I have been eating here regularly for about 6 months now and love the place. If I'm in a hurry, I can call ahead and they will have my order ready for pick up. They offer a lot of selection on their GF menu and are constantly adding new items. They are very knowledgeable about CC as they have a completely separate counter, panini press, utensils and wear gloves. The staff even call the manufacturers! This is a family run deli and the owner told me that celiac and many food allergies runs in her family and that they have been tapering recipes for over 20 years. They get it!

Decided to try this place out after several friends recommending it. I had a royal turkey panini and a home made split pea soup. I was surprised to see how big their GF menu was. There was lots to choose from. I really enjoyed my meal and the place was nicely decorated and clean which is important to me.

I go here once a week for GF lunches, the girls are great. Not once have I been sick, as they do their best to prevent cross contamination. Great little place.

Another place that is trying to make money off people in need. I got sick here as I took a chance and they are not a dedicated gluten free environment.

Loved this place! Great sense of humour from the staff. Laid back down home atmosphere here. Lots of gf options and you can get a bit shopping done too. They have a pretty good selection or gf retail products for sale. Anyways I had the California classic and it was wonderful to have a sandwich on nice soft bread again. I will be back to try some of their other sandwich combos, they sounded really good. Celiacs, this is a must try if your looking for healthy gf takeout or eat in.

Brought my husband in to try the GF menu. He is very picky about his food. He loved his panini. He ordered one with chicken and mango on it. I ordered their signature panini from the regular menu and it was really good. Staff were very knowledgeable about celiac which put my husband at ease. Definitely a must try. I would eat here again.

Great sandwich shop that offers more than just sandwiches and paninis. We were delighted to be able to take some extra sandwiches and GF squares and cheesecakes back to our hotel. Also went the next morning for breakfast. It was all delicious!
