Review of LB ONE

I've eaten here many times. Chef I'd knowledgeable about gluten free and cross contamination. I always get the filet mignon with a baked potato. The steak will come without au jue (it will be dry) because they use wheat in their sauce. Never gotten sick. They even sometimes have gf dinner rolls but you have to ask.
