Review of Le Bistro Vietnamese Restaurant

Called ahead to ensure they didn’t add any gluten products to their pho broth (ie hoisin etc) and they ensured it was all gluten free…only thing I ate yesterday that I didn’t prepare myself and the unbearable stomach cramps hit at 1am and have completely laid me out today. Amazing Pho but clearly not gluten free. Avoiding in the future!
