Le Bleu

Le Bleu is the best Vietnamese food in Austin. If you haven’t had Vietnamese food before, I’d highly recommend it — the fresh spring rolls, pho (soup), curry, and bun are delicious. They have many gluten free options and are knowledgeable - they even have gluten free soy sauce. The people that work here are so nice and they always work with me to accommodate my many allergies. Spoke to the owner recently and he was very knowledgeable about gluten-free, and happy to offer a menu where most items can be gf. They are also very cautious about contamination if you share you have an allergy or if you’re vegan. Can’t say enough nice things. We eat here at least once a week.
