Le Bon Macaron

I've been to this location a few times and have never had any issues. The macarons are labeled gluten free. The staff isn't the most helpful or friendly but they have never told me any incorrect information.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

When asked if their mocha syrup was gluten-free, instead of checking, they just said "I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be.", which is not super helpful. While they go out of their way to tell you that their macarons are gluten free, but they cannot tell you if their equipment is used to make other products that contain gluten, or what their cleaning protocol is between batches. Two people behind the counter told me that they were gluten intolerant and that everything was "fine", but as they were unable to tell me their knowledge of shared equipment, cleaning procedures, nor will they willing to check ingredient labels, I would say things were not fine.
